Machine Wash

Remove stuffing pods
Place outer shell in a mesh bag
Wash on cold, delicate cycle

Hand Wash

Use mild detergent
Gently scrub and rinse well

Spot Clean

Dab with a damp cloth + baby‑safe soap
Wipe clean with water only

Drying

Air dry only
Lay flat and flip occasionally
No dryer or high heat

Fluffing

After drying, brush gently to restore softness

Once your package is with the carrier, delivery is their responsibility. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll assist however we can, but we cannot replace items lost by the carrier.
